We simply ask that you do not edit the original artwork and that you credit @LessPlasticUK or www.lessplastic.org.uk.
If you'd like portrait poster, print-ready PDF files, please get in touch and we'll email them for you to print locally. We suggest an uncoated, recycled FSC paper stock for the most eco-friendly result.
We also love hearing how you've used our images and how many people have potentially been influenced by them, which helps us measure our positive impact. Please get in touch to tell us your stories and we might be able to share on our social media too.

It's amazing that so many people feel so passionate about tackling the ocean plastic crisis. Awareness is at an all time high, but plastic use is still increasing each year. We all need to work together to consistently reduce our plastic usage.
If you're an individual wanting to make a difference, here are some ideas:

- Speak to friends, family and colleagues to inspire them to make changes too
- Make a #LessPlasticPledge to focus your efforts on adopting Less Plastic habits, and to keep yourself accountable
- Talk to business owners in your community to persuade them to use less plastic
- Sign petitions
- Consider setting up a small business of your own that offers products and services that reduce plastic use
- Organise or partake in beach cleans, park cleans and litter picks
- Help us spread our messages by following us on social media, signing up to our email list, sharing our content, and maybe even displaying some of our infographics in your community.

Using less plastic is the most effective way to reduce ocean plastic.
If you own or manage a business or any kind of organisation, and want to do the right thing as well as reaping the business and reputational benefits of cutting your plastic usage, you can:
- Invite us to come and talk at your organisation or run a workshop, to inspire your colleagues to use less plastic at home and in the workplace
- Make a #LessPlasticPledge to focus your team on your organisation's commitment to reduce plastic waste, and keep accountable
- Use less plastic in your catering facilities, particularly by phasing out disposables wherever possible and reintroducing reusables instead
- Take steps to reduce your plastic packaging
- Speak to suppliers to request that they use more sustainable packaging materials or returnable/reusable options
- Look for ways to reuse resources within your business
- Engage employees and encourage/reward creative ideas to do things differently -Â using less plastic
- Display our infographics to inspire change
- Initiate community events or employee team building sessions that clean up plastic from local outdoor spaces

We love talking about reducing plastic use - inspiring schools, businesses and other community organisations to take action and change their behaviour around plastic.

Alternatively, we can deliver our practical workshop which introduces the most effective plastic reducing steps you can take within your organisation, and inspires your colleagues to apply them to their roles within the business and their personal lives.
